Brief Introduction:
Developed with the technology of ultrasonic cleaning and fuel pressure control, Launch injector cleaner & tester CNC-602A is an advanced electromechanical product, which can clean and test injectors by simulating engine working conditions. It can also perform cleaning on the injectors and fuel supply system on vehicle.
Feature:
With dynamic ultrasonic cleaning technology applied, it can perform thorough cleaning in two alternative working modes to bring ultrasonic cleaning into full play.
With automatic control and digital technology, it can give total control to cleaning and testing through monitoring major parameters in different working conditions.
9 incorporated functions: Ultrasonic cleaning, on-vehicle cleaning, back-flush cleaning, flow uniformity test, leak test, flow pattern test, injection test, minimum pulsed flow test and auto cleaning test.
Adjust pulse width and speed at anytime and test the minimum pulsed flow of the injector.
Drain demo oil at anytime during cleaning.
